How to Delete Your OWN3D Account

This guide explains how to permanently delete your OWN3D account. We recommend using the direct deletion link for the fastest and simplest process.

1. Go to: https://id.stream.tv/delete-account
2. Log in to your account if prompted.
3. Confirm that you would like to delete your account.

Once you confirm, your account will be scheduled for deletion.

Important Information for Developers (OWN3D Extension Owners)

If you are a developer and own OWN3D extensions that are currently installed by other users, you must complete one of the following actions before deleting your account:

• Delete the extensions, or
• Contact support to transfer ownership of the extensions to another account.

Account deletion cannot be completed while you still own active extensions installed by other users.

What Happens After I Delete My Account?

Once you confirm account deletion, the following will occur:

• You will be immediately logged out of your OWN3D account.
• Your account will enter a “pending deletion” state for 15 days from the time of confirmation.
• After the 15-day period ends, your account will be permanently deleted from our system. This action is irreversible.
• You will lose access to all purchases, scenes, overlays, and any user-generated content.
• Active subscriptions, including OWN3D Pro, will be cancelled.
• Any OWN3D extensions previously owned by your account will continue to exist under the new owner you have designated.
• Your account data will be anonymized across all services.

Cancelling Account Deletion

If you change your mind, you must restore your account within the 15-day pending deletion period. After this period expires, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
