New affiliate system FirstPromoter

I am an OWN3D.tv affiliate. What is happening and what do I have to do?

We are switching our payment provider and the affiliate system on 22.6.2022. This also affects you as an affiliate and the affiliate links that you share with your community. 

In order to make a smooth transition you have to signup to our new affiliate system before and change all your affiliate links to the new ones on the 22.6.2022.

1. Sign up at our new affiliate system FirstPromoter. https://own3d.firstpromoter.com/ 
2. Select one of our payout methods and add your details.
3. Pick your new affiliate links and place them in your content. Replace them with your old affiliate links on the 22.6.2022.

You can still access the old Xsolla affiliate system https://partners.own3d.tv. Sales will no longer be attributed from the Xsolla links as of 22.6.2022.

How does FirstPromoter work?

First of all, it's super simple to use. 

Signup at new affiliate system FirstPromoter. https://own3d.firstpromoter.com/ 

Select payout method and enter your details.

This is how the dashboard looks like.

You have all infos at a glance: your sales, your links and your unique promo code which you can hand out to your community. 

On the top of the dashboard you find other useful infos in the navigation: 

details, referrals, rewards, payouts and promotional assets for you to use.

Copy one of the predefined referral links that we have prepared for you.

You can also add a new link from own3d.tv to create a custom affiliate link. E.g. link to a specific product. 

I am an OWN3D.pro affiliate . What do I have to do?

No change until the end of june. You can access your Xsolla affiliate account via partners.own3d.pro. We plan to switch the affiliate for OWN3D.pro in july. More details will be shared by our partner manager.

What happens to my affiliate link from Xsolla?

Once we switch on the 22.6.2022 you will no longer receive a revenue share from the old Xsolla links. 

You will receive revenue share via the new links from the affiliate system FirstPromoter.

I used my affiliate link from Xsolla on my website/ blog, in my YouTube videos and other platforms to promote sales. What do I have to do?

Sign up to our new affiliate system FirstPromoter and change all your affiliate links to the new ones on the 22.6.2022. 

What happens if I do not change my affiliate links?

Once we switch on the 22.6.2022 you will no longer receive a revenue share from the old Xsolla links.

What are the advantages of using FirstPromoter?

FirstPromoter will give you and us more and deeper reporting possibilities and a feature we all have been waiting for so long: AFFILIATION VIA CODE. So, there will be two ways for your audience to support you, both working at the same time: clicking on the link and/or using the code.

And in addition, you can create individual affiliation links within the program itself.

I used the OWN3D.tv custom links (deeplinks). Do they still work?

No. Sign up to our new affiliate system FirstPromoter and change all your affiliate links to the new ones on the 22.6.2022. 

What happens to my custom links with .gg?

Please get into contact with your partner manager via email as soon as you have registered at FirstPromoter. Send him your new OWN3D.TV affiliation link. He will replace the old Xsolla referral link and the .gg links will work properly.
